What to expect in 2010
SunnyLab would like to wish all of our customers a happy new year and a prosperous 2010. We are looking forward to a great year ahead of us with a range of new features and products arriving over the next 12 months.
The SunnyLab Community
Due to arrive in the first half of 2010 is the SunnyLab community. This will be a great section for our members to exchange their thoughts and ideas. Here at SunnyLab we are interested in keeping up to date with all the interesting work that you are doing and following your careers as they progress. We aim to have a powerful forum with a wide range of great features, so keep an eye out for the SunnyLab Community launch this year.
New Products
Throughout 2010 we aim to significantly expand the range of product that we have to offer. We already have a great range of purified proteins and serum samples which we plan to expand on. As well as this we will soon have a selection of antibodies to match our proteins. New products will be coming online all through the year. You can keep up to date on new product news on the SunnyLab website.

D-dimer is formed as a result of thrombin activation, clot formation and subsequent clot lysis. The presence of fibrin degradation products in blood samples is an indicator of various coagulation disorders, including deep vein thrombosis. CA125 is an antigen found in ovarian cells. When the ovarian cells become cancerous raised CA125 levels are observed and are released into the bloodstream. The CA125 marker is used for both diagnosis and analysis of ovarian cancer.
10% Discount on Recombinant Prolactin
Prolactin is secreted by the pituitary according to a circadian rhythm. It induces and maintains lactation but it is also important in fertility by direct action on the ovaries or testicles. High levels are seen during pregnancy and in patients with pituitary tumours and chronic renal failure.
